Hello, That sounds grim, Has your Gp not referred you to a Renal specialist. If he refuses , I would go to A & E at your local hospital and get seen that way, Early morning is often a good time. Might be a bit of a wait , but it will get you in the system. Best wishes B
Are you able to look at your results in the NHS app? As you will see in the posts in this forum, there is a wide variety of people talking about their kidney disease. In the early stages of kidney disease, there is often no treatment. I am stage 4 which means that my kidneys are working at less than 30%. Once you know your figures - you are interested in your ACR and eGFR - you can look at trusted sources of information such as Chronic kidney disease - Diagnosis - NHS or Stages of kidney disease | Kidney Care UK which hopefully will help you to understand your situation and go back to your doctor with questions.
I check all my test results on’Patient Knows Best’ app which my hospital update as soon as they get them. Best wishes B
