Hi I’ve had chronic renal failure all my life and ended up on haemo-dialysis for 4.5 years in my early to mid 30’s. I had a transplant and sadly ended back on HD in my mid 40’s and been on this for 3.5 years so far. I dialysis 3 x week and on transplant list. Despite this I still work 120 hours per month on a busy ward, as a Sister for the NHS which I still enjoy (not renal I might add 
). I try to keep as sociably active as I can, fatigue pending!
I decided to join this group to meet like minded people for support and not to feel alone.

It sounds like a tough shift you have there on top of things, and there are folks here to chat to and help gain support
