For many, regular hospital visits become part of everyday life. How do you cope with going so often? Has anything made it easier over time? What do you do to pass the time while you’re having your dialysis?
I am only on my fourth week of in centre haemodialysis after doing dialysis at home for over three years. I got myself a tablet and catch up on Netflix and Disney Plus, return emails, call my adult children, do a bit of online shopping including my food shop. Some days the time goes really quickly, other days not so quickly.
