Have you found any swaps, habits or tips that work for you when it comes to salt?

No but I would like to know what I can use instead of salt, I do miss not putting into my veg cooking.

I’ve never been a huge adding salt fan and when my children were just starting out eating food I didn’t add any into what we ate. 20 years later, I still don’t add much (a little in scrambled eggs or a pot of pasta water) and I’m used to it. I do however often use herbs, spices, cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper…So I’m hoping as long as I don’t eat too many ultra processed foods cutting out salt won’t be too much of a chore if it comes to that.

Ditto, never used the stuff as an addition to what is already in food. 80 years and counting, Looks like I got something right. Best wishes B
