Blue cheese and brie!
Mince pies and fruit scones
How I dream about the good old days of Bread Pudding , full of sultanas, currants and raisins. With candied peel and a ton of spices topped off with a dusting of caster sugar. The days of decadence, and youth, long gone and never to return.

I miss crisps… now I nibble mixture of nuts.
Nuts area no no for those on a potassium watch diet m!
Hi Beanbag. I’ve totally stopped crisps (my faves were Nik Naks). I do enjoy fresh nuts - walnuts & almonds. I have been eating honey roasted or unsalted cashews or similar others. I thought they would be ok? Julie
Hi Julie, I think that Cashews and walnuts are considered medium , but almonds aree considered high on the potassium scale. Trouble is it is easy to get carried away when eating nuts. Please , just be careful. Best wishes B
