Hi, I have been reading some information about hydrogen water and how it can be beneficial to patients with kidney disease. I was wondering if anyone on the site has tried it and if they found any benefit. Obviously I would be checking with my consultant before trying it.

Hello, I had heard of this and the various claims made , but as to it’s efficacy? I believe it has not been clinically tested.Therefore it may be unwise to proceed. Interested in what your consultant has to say about it. Please let us know. Best wishes B

I tried a hydrogenated water bottle and it made my potassium level rise alarmingly and my kidneys were adversely affected
