I’m struggling a little with choosing meals that suit a family with a veggie with stage 4 CKD, a vegan, and me needing a high protein diet. Ideas or advice welcome!

This is such a great question. We currently have two fab veggie recipes in our Kidney Kit. I’ve also just caught up with the person who looks after the Kidney Kit and they’ve shared that there are more veggies recipes coming soon (including a pasta bake - YUM!)
I’m sure there will be other Kidney Community members that have a few go to recipes up their sleeves
