Hi, I am a fairly new member, this is my first post. I have been on dialysis for 18 months and recently started home HD. I made this choice so I could use my caravan for trips away. Unfortunately I need a NXstage warmer to do this. My unit only has 3 to lend out, they are all out just now. Does anyone have experience of this situation? Any help or advice would be welcome. I am even prepared to purchase one if absolutely necessary, but cannot find a sales source. Thanks in anticipation. JanB

Hello Jan, Welcome to our forum. I did not know what an NX Stage Warmer was until I googled it. None seem to be available, but when I googled Express fluid warmer several came up. Forgetting the one in the £ooo’s there seem to be several to purchase in the £200 to £500 range. Hope this helps. Best wishes B

We have a warmer and nxstage machine at home and just disconnect & take it with us when we go to our holiday home. Our supplies company asked if we needed to loan one when we ordered holiday supplies, for delivery directly to our holiday home.
Thanks for your response. Apparently I need to persuade the NHS to put the warmer on my prescription. They then pay the rent to Fresenius and I can then have it delivered as you described. I am trying to sort this, but it is proving to be difficult!
NB I use NXstage with a pure flow at home .
