My 2 daughters who have been with me from the beginning of my journey and my 2 gorgeous grandchildren who always know how to put a smile on my face every day

On tough days I always plan 1 small thing to look after myself! It could be making my fave food for dinner, buying flowers, saving a podcast for a walk, planning a call with someone! Really small tiny acts that you intentionally do - I find the act of planning them really helpful!

I find the philosophy of Stoicism extremely useful (NB that’s with a capital “S”!). It’s about engaging with your emotions and feelings in meaningful and actionable ways. I thoroughly recommend “The Daily Stoic” by Ryan Holiday; and his podcast & website of the same name.
