I am fundraising in memory of my beautiful sister sam who passed away at the young age of 34 she had stage 5 kidney disease and although this wasn’t the main reason sam passed it played a massive part at the same time 
I miss sam everyday so I’ve took the 10,000 step challenge on for March and I’ll try and raise as much money and awareness as I can all whilst remembering my gorgeous sister 
I’m here to support all suffering
